JurasaTronics Phone Repair (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates this website and provides mobile device repair services in the Calgary and Airdrie area. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, how we protect it, how long we keep it, and how you can contact us about it.

We collect the information you choose to provide through our contact forms: Request a Repair, Get a Free Quote, and Sell Your Device. Depending on the form you use, this may include:

Details about your device, such as type, brand, model, and age, and any issue you need repaired
Your service preference, where offered, such as doorstep repair or drop-off

We do not collect payment card information on this website. When you submit a form, our website infrastructure may also process technical information associated with the request, such as the time of submission and technical request information, for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use our website and to measure site performance. This service collects usage information automatically, including page views, visits, referrers, browser and device type, general geographic region, and real-user performance metrics such as Largest Contentful Paint (LCP), Interaction to Next Paint (INP), and Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS).

Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as cookie-free and not using localStorage or browser fingerprinting to identify visitors. We use it solely to understand how our site is used and how it performs. It does not build a profile of your activity across other websites, and we do not combine analytics data with the personal information you submit through our contact forms. Cloudflare may derive general geographic information from network information such as IP addresses, which is presented to us at an aggregated or general level. Cloudflare processes this data under the terms of its own privacy policy .

Third-party content

Some pages embed content from third-party services. Our location and contact pages include a map supplied by Google Maps in a frame on this website. When that map loads or when you interact with it, content is served from Google, and Google may set its own cookies or collect information as described in its privacy policy . A link to open our location in the Google Maps app or website is also provided for your convenience; clicking it takes you to Google Maps and is subject to Google’s terms and privacy practices.

Why we collect it

We use the information you provide to:

Respond to your repair or quote request and provide a free quote
Schedule your appointment and arrange pickup, delivery, or drop-off
Prepare an offer on your device when you use the sell form
Provide customer support before, during, and after your repair

How we store and protect it

Form submissions are sent to a Cloudflare Pages function, which forwards them by email to our business inbox using Resend, an email delivery service. The website itself does not run a database. Resend may temporarily retain email and API log data, including information contained in the email request, for service operation and troubleshooting. On our current Resend plan, this data is retained for up to 30 days.

Your information is ultimately stored in our business email inbox. Access to your information is limited to the people who run JurasaTronics Phone Repair and is used only to serve you. Some service providers we use may process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we handle. However, no method of transmitting or storing information can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

How long we keep your information

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide our services, maintain appropriate business records, or meet legal and accounting requirements. Information that is no longer required is securely deleted or otherwise disposed of.

Information held by third-party service providers is subject to their respective retention practices. For example, Resend’s current retention period for our plan is up to 30 days for applicable email and API data. Information retained in our business email inbox may be kept longer when reasonably necessary for business, customer service, legal, or accounting purposes.

Sharing your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose your information to service providers that process it on our behalf, such as our website hosting provider and email delivery provider, solely as necessary to operate the website and respond to your requests. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Your rights
